The Merkel Stircomatic SRC is a premium static profile seal specially designed with dual cutting-edge sealing lips on its front faces. Built as a high-performance alternative to traditional O-rings and back-up ring combinations, this polyurethane flange seal delivers outstanding stress distribution and reliable seating even under heavy, pulsating pressure peaks.
Manufactured from Freudenberg’s proprietary 95 AU V142 polyurethane, the SRC seal exhibits superior resistance to gap extrusion, mechanical wear, and fluid deformation. It is widely used in high-pressure hydraulic motors, valve manifolds, marine winches, and heavy-duty industrial machinery.
