Precautions For Product Installation
- Speed: Hammer mechanical movement speed is high, the lubrication oil film may be destroyed, causing poor lubrication and friction heating of oil seal, which greatly reduces life. We use polyurethane or rubber oil seal at 0.03 m/s ~ 0.8 m/s speed range for optimal performance.
- Temperature: Low temperature will lower the elasticity of polyurethane or rubber seal, causing leaks and making the oil seal hard and brittle. High temperature can make oil seal volume expand, become soft, and increase friction resistance. Recommended working temperature range for polyurethane or rubber oil seal is -10℃ ~ +80℃.
- Pressure: High pressure causes oil seal compression deformation. Requires anti-extrusion ring and special groove processing requirements. Optimal working pressure range for polyurethane sealing is 2.5 ~ 31.5 MPa.
- Load: Oil cylinder can bear larger load. Seal and bearing ring serve completely different roles. Polyurethane sealing ring ensures the cylinder can bear larger loads.
